What's Coming
Built to Last, Built to Share
Ridgetop Refuge is being built as a family retreat and will eventually open as a short-term rental. North Carolina law requires a one-year waiting period after CO on owner-built properties.
Mountain Setting
2,400 ft elevation. Ridgetop views. Near Bryson City and the Nantahala National Forest.
Owner-Built Quality
Hand-built by the owner. Every detail documented. Built to be handed down, not flipped.
The Smokies
Minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, tubing, hiking, and fly fishing.
A Note on Timing
North Carolina General Statute requires a one-year waiting period before owner-built properties can be rented. Once the Certificate of Occupancy is issued, the clock starts. I'll announce the date here when CO is in hand. Friends and family are welcome in the meantime — just reach out.
